H.C.A. rents out fully furnished apartments in downtown Utrecht, mostly to expats. What sets H.C.A. apart from competitors is the great amount of detail that goes into tastefully decorating their properties, besides offering great services.
So when asked to create a POS tool for the apartment, we chose to design a tabloid sized folder that communicates all necessary information about H.C.A., their apartments and their services. The tabloid could just as well be a design magazine and blends in with the apartments seamlessly. It contains everything an expat new to the city needs to know. From easy to use maps to tips on where to eat. No hassle guaranteed.
